Transforming a blank slate into a game room that truly comes alive is one of our favorite things to do.
It's a most busy time of year, personally and professionally, and while I am hustling by creating a winter wonderland at my home, my team and I are also creating an incredible vacation home rental retreat for Orlando vacationers.
This 5-bedroom renovation project, which is a part of our Elite package, is in the heart of Orlando's theme park mecca and just started. One of the key features that will draw in lots of vacation renters is this game room. What you see right now is our starting point: an empty garage. But before you know it, this space will be a Star Wars work-of-art. All who enter will be stepping right into the iconic Millennium Falcon. And this starship will be like no other because it will be an epicenter of gaming and playing fun for both children and adults. And during a pandemic like this, we all deserve to be taken somewhere else and to have a good time, right?
DG Tip: To make a room come alive, go BIG! Add tall elements and larger artwork. Rooms need balance, and people tend to buy small. To create this balance and appeal, you need lots of different sizes and shapes.
